1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America (the “eligibility area”) who are 18 years of age and older. Employees, officers and directors of the Museum of Science, Rainforest Café, Evolution Marketing, all media partners, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sponsor and its agents”) and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void outside the eligibility area and where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: The “Caravan of Colors” Sweepstakes (the “sweepstakes”) begins Monday, February 16th, 2009 and ends Friday, April 3rd, 2009 (the “promotion period”). To enter, complete the official online entry form available at www.FrogsCaravanOfColors.org during the promotion period or print your name, complete address and phone number on a 3”x 5” piece of paper. Mail your entry to be received by April 3rd, 2009 to: Evolution Marketing Inc., 3 Boylston Place, Boston, MA 02116 c/o “Caravan Of Colors” Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. No mechanical reproduction of entries or facsimiles permitted. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for [a] late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries or mail; [b] any human error that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data; or [c] any type of graphical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. DRAWING AND PRIZES: On or about April 6th, 2009, Evolution Marketing Inc. will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award (7) Grand Prizes consisting of (4) adult or child Exhibit Hall admission tickets to the Museum of Science, Boston valued at $76.00, (4) adult or child admission tickets to the Mugar Omni Theater valued at $36.00, and admission for (4) children under the age of 18 and (1) supervising adult over the age of 18 to a dinner party to be held at the Rainforest Café at the Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA, including food and non-alcoholic beverages valued at approx. $150.00. (TARV: $262.00) Transportation to the Museum of Science and/or the Rainforest Café is not included. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. parties) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates chosen. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or express mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned by the date specified in winner’s notification letter or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption except in Sponsor’s sole discretion due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

4. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating, entrants agree [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects relating to this sweepstakes; and [b] to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents and representatives and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death caused by their participation in this sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Winners agree to use of name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without compensation and agree to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

5. WINNER LIST: To receive a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by April 3rd, 2009 to: Evolution Marketing Inc., 3 Boylston Place, Boston, MA 02116 c/o “Caravan Of Colors” Sweepstakes.
